Hinge Health, an S.F.-based provider of musculoskeletal pain solutions, raised $400 million in Series E funding at a $6.2 billion valuation co-led by Tiger Global and Coatue, per Axios. It also completed a $200 million secondary deal with Alkeon and Whale Rock.
