Gastro Health, a national medical group specializing in digestive and liver health, has signed a definitive agreement to partner with Digestive Care Center based in North Miami. The deal is scheduled to close Dec. 1.
This is Gastro Health’s third Florida partnership since September.
The Digestive Care Center is home to Eduardo Kofman, MD, a board-certified gastroenterologist, who founded the practice in 1997 in Texas and moved it to North Miami in 2008. Read more.
