Health management company Clinigence Holdings announced plans to merge with Nutex Health, an independent operator of micro-hospitals and hospital outpatient departments in the United States. Terms call for a stock-for-stock merger transaction.
Based in Houston and founded in 2011, Nutex owns and operates 19 facilities in eight states. Nutex currently plans two more Nutex micro-hospitals to become operational as early as December, while 12 additional facilities are under construction and are expected to become operational in 2022.
