Ascension Sacred Heart is expanding its mental health services by placing mental health professionals in settings like primary care offices and eyeing a standalone treatment center for families and kids, reports the Pensacola News Journal.
Since May, the health care system has hired five outpatient behavioral health providers and is hiring more in the new year, with the ultimate goal to continue expanding both in existing doctors’ offices and new facilities. Read more.
