Eruptr Holdings, a provider of ROI-focused digital marketing patient engagement and customer acquisition solutions for hospitals and healthcare systems, completed the acquisition of the health risk assessment business line of Medicom Health.
Eruptr in March 2020 acquired HealthAware, another company in the health risk assessment space. Medicom Health and HealthAware are highly complementary and the two solutions under Eruptr will allow the company to offer hospital and health care systems a suite of digital marketing solutions at scale, the Eruptr said in a news release.
