A groundbreaking ceremony was held this week for the ALOHA VA multi-specialty clinic in Kalaeloa, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports. The $120 million Advanced Leeward Outpatient Healthcare Access (ALOHA) multi-specialty VA clinic is the first new major VA project of its size since the Spark Matsunaga VA Ambulatory Care Clinic opened at Tripler Army Medical Center in 2000.
