Anchor Health Properties bought two medical office buildings for $50 million in Sacramento, CA, the Scaremento Business Journal reports. One building has an ASC.
The buildings are connected by a sky bridge to Sutter Medical Center, which leases most of the 130,000 square feet in the two properties.
