Nomi Health, an Orem, Utah-based direct healthcare startup, acquired Artemis Health, a Salt Lake City-based benefit optimization data platform for employers, for $200 million, per Axios. Nomi recently raised $110 million in Series A funding co-led by Rose Park Advisors and Arbor Ventures, while Artemis had raised $59 million from firms like Rose Park, Bessemer Venture Partners, Hearst Ventures, F-Prime Capital and Maverick Ventures.
