Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Receives $6.45M Gift for Mental Health Treatment

Concerns about mental health consequences for children and adolescents arising from the COVID pandemic motivated members of the Pritzker family to make a gift to support greater access to services, staff and investment in clinical research in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. The gift, valued at $6.45 million, follows the $15 million gift from the Pritzker Foundation in 2019 that resulted in the naming of the department.

Last year, the hospital served more than 220,000 children from 48 states and 49 countries. Read more.
