Advocate Aurora Enterprises, the investment arm of Advocate Aurora Health, has acquired MobileHelp and Clear Arch Health, two remote patient-monitoring companies, Modern Healthcare reports. The deal marks the fourth transaction Advocate Aurora Enterprises has completed since launching last year. A subsidiary of Downers Grove- and Milwaukee-based Advocate Aurora Health, the Enterprises division focuses on investing in and acquiring consumer health and wellness companies, particularly those with services for older populations. MobileHelp, founded in 2006, was acquired by Boston-based private-equity firm Abry Partners in 2017. Read more.
