Patient Square Capital closed the merger with SOC Telemed to take the company private in an all-cash transaction. SOC Telemed’s stockholders approved the transaction Monday. They received $3 in cash per share of Class A common stock. That would give the deal an implied value of $302 million.SOC Telemed’s Class A common stock and warrants have ceased trading and are no longer listed on the Nasdaq. Read more.
