Why Home-Based Care Dealmaking Was Historically Down in Q1

Following a record-breaking year for home care, home health and hospice M&A, deal volume took a dive in the first quarter of 2022. In fact, it was record-breaking on the opposite side of the spectrum, Home Health Care News reports.

Despite the low figures, M&A experts are still optimistic that the number of deals will rebound.
