Palm Medical Centers, an MBF Healthcare Partners II portfolio company and value-based, senior primary care platform, has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Dr. Aristides Martinez Internal Medicine Health Center. The center is located in Delray Beach, Florida.
The facility will become Palm Medical Centers’ 22nd location and its first office in Palm Beach County, marking the sixth county of service for the company, which continues to expand throughout South and Central Florida. Read more.
