24 Hour Home Care, a non-medical in-home care provider, acquired Trusted Life Care, a home care agency that provides personal care for seniors in the Orange and Los Angeles counties. The move to acquire Trusted Life Care originated from a partnership between the companies.
The acquisition supports 24 Hour Home Care’s efforts to strengthen its reach within currently serviced markets and opens new growth opportunities. 24 Hour Home Care will increase its client census by over 16% in the Long Beach and South Bay communities through this acquisition, according to the news release.
