Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System are discussing a potential merger, according to a post on the Bellin website. Both systems are based in Wisconsin.
A final agreement is expected in the coming weeks, followed by required regulatory review.
Gundersen and Bellin Health operate in the Upper Midwest, each having served patients in their respective parts of Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, southeastern Minnesota, and northeast Iowa for over 100 years.
