U.S. Dermatology Opens Northwest Wichita Office

A recent $5 million gift will help advance precision medicine to treat and cure childhood diseases such as cancer.

There are more than 220,000 square feet at Hillcrest Plaza. Before the acquisition, St. Luke’s owned 92,000 square feet, used for a range of St. Luke’s practices and services. Now St. Luke’s own 95% of the facility.

Overall, the project would mean 332,780 square feet of new construction, with completion in 2030.
