Moving Analytics, an Irvine, Calif.-based telehealth provider of a cardiovascular prevention program, raised $20 million in Series A funding, per Fortune’s Term Sheet. Wellington Access Ventures and Seae Ventures led the round and were joined by Philips Ventures and others.
