A physician group sold the Naperville, IL-based Suburban Gastroenterology and Midwest Endoscopy Center for $15 million, the Chicago Business Journal reports.
The 19,000-square-foot center was renovated two years ago and is occupied by two tenants with lease agreements to 2030. The center was built in 2008. Read more.
