Allina Health will be acquiring Presbyterian Homes & Services’ interest in InterludeTM Restorative Suites, for both the Plymouth and Fridley locations in Minnesota. The two organizations collaborated to establish Interlude Restorative Suites in 2015, and will now transition full ownership to Allina Health in early November.
While PHS has decided to sell its interest in the collaboration and to rebalance its care portfolio, Interlude-Plymouth will remain an integral part in the care continuum as a skilled nursing facility on the Plymouth (WestHealth) campus.
