HearingLife acquired Optimal Hearing centers in Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida. The acquisition further strengthens HearingLife’s network of over 650 centers by expanding into more than 40 locations across the Southeast.
Optimal Hearing customers will be able to access HearingLife’s programs and benefit from their clinical, operational, and training support, while still receiving care from providers they know. Customers will have access to HearingLife OnDemand, a complimentary after-hours service that offers personalized care from the comfort of home, as well as the HearingLife Patient Support Center via phone or web chat for assistance on evenings and weekends once the transition is completed. Optimal Hearing customers will be able to access services across the US at any of HearingLife’s centers.
