Vivo Infusion acquired Infusion Center of Pennsylvania, the largest non-hospital infusion provider in the greater Philadelphia region, according to a press release.
The acquisition will expand Vivo Infusion’s footprint into Pennsylvania and New Jersey, creating 30 ambulatory infusion centers throughout seven states. Infusion Center of Pennsylvania \began serving patients in 2011 as a home infusion provider under their specialty pharmacy, Healthcare Evolution. They have since added four ambulatory centers throughout Pennsylvania and two in New Jersey.
Infusion Center of Pennsylvania Co-founders Robert Singh, MD and Emma Singh, MD will join Vivo Infusion as Medical Director and VP of Pharmacy Operations, respectively.
