Adventist Health Sonora Launches $14M Fundraiser for New GI Center 

Adventist Health Sonora began fundraising to build a new $14 million digestive health center that would expand its ability to provide gastroenterology services, including colon cancer screenings and treatments, in Sonora, California, The Union Democrat reports.

The hospital says the new center would double the capacity of its current gastroenterology lab that was designed more than 20 years ago, when demand was less than it is today for procedures such as colonoscopies. Read more.
