Officials with InnovaCare Health announced today the company has completed an acquisition of Pak Medical Group, a physician-led group based in New Braunfels, Texas.
Pak Medical Group will be supported by the organization’s MSO network, InnovaCare Partners. Since 2018, Pak Medical Group has served patients across Central and South Texas and the Texas Hill Country. With 29 clinicians across seven locations, the group treats roughly 16,000 patients annually and employs more than 120 team members. Read more.
