Physician-Led Group Brings On-Site Clinics to Offices of JPMorgan Chase

A physician-led primary care group will provide health care services for the Ohio offices of financial services firm JPMorgan Chase. Medical Economics reports.

The New York-based financial giant announced it has launched three new on-site advanced primary care centers across the company’s offices around Columbus, Ohio. JPMC is working with Vera Whole Health, which uses an advanced primary care model, and Central Ohio Primary Care, which started in 1996 and has grown to become one of the largest physician-owned primary care groups in the United States.

“COPC is pleased to work alongside Vera as we deliver services to JPMC, an employer with a history of innovating in the delivery of care for its employees and their families,” COPC CEO J. William Wulf, MD, said in a news release. “This partnership reflects the importance of prioritizing access to high-quality primary care services to improve health outcomes and the affordability of care for employees and the broader Columbus community.”

COPC also will provide the same advanced primary care services at two health centers near two other JPMC offices in the Columbus area. They will serve more JPMC employees and more than 15,000 spouses, partners, and children enrolled in the financial firm’s benefit plan. Read more.
