Portland-based MaineHealth is investing $500,000 in a program to launch health tech innovators in partnership with Brewer, Maine-based Northern Light Health and the Roux Institute at Northeastern University in Portland, Becker’s reports.
The residency program will bring 30 early-stage health tech startups to Maine over the next three years, providing founders with $50,000 and 12 months working at the Roux Institute to develop and test their solutions with mentorship from health system leaders.
