HCA filed plans for a 10,860-square-foot free-standing emergency department with 59 parking spaces in Pembroke Pines, FL. It estimated the cost of the project at $25.6 million, reports the South Florida Business Journal. HCA said the facility would have 12 employees per shift with an average salary of $80,000, so the total yearly wages would be $2.4 million. Read more.
