Humana’s plan to purchase Wisconsin-based managed care company Inclusa has passed state reviews, Becker’s reports.
Humana announced in August it was purchasing Inclusa, which is contracted with the state of Wisconsin to provide long-term care services and support to more than 16,000 seniors and adults with disabilities in the majority of the state’s counties. The proposed acquisition has been reviewed by the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and Department of Health Services, according to the report.
The departments are also in the process of reviewing Molina Healthcare’s acquisition of My Choice Wisconsin, a Medicaid managed care organization that serves 44,000 members across the state. Read more.
