Exeter Health Resources, Beth Israel Lahey Health and NH Attorney General’s Office Agree to Terms Allowing Exeter to Join BILH

Exeter Health Resources and Beth Israel Lahey Health have reached agreement with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office on conditions allowing Exeter to join BILH.

BILH is an integrated system of academic medical centers, community hospitals, ambulatory centers, and primary care practices. After extensive review and public engagement, both the Charitable Trust Unit and the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office have allowed the transaction to proceed with conditions that both Exeter and BILH have accepted.
