Last year, DocGo and HealthCare Partners NY completed a successful pilot centered around closing care gaps by delivering care in the home. On Thursday, DocGo announced that it was building on the success of this pilot by forming an expanded partnership with HealthCare Partners NY to offer care to patients in New York.
“Care gap closure is what this particular relationship was really based around,” DocGo CEO Anthony Capone told Home Health Care News. “You have your HEDIS measures and you have the individuals that are non-compliant relative to those measures.” Read more.
