Cordental Group, backed by New MainStream Capital, acquired Signature Dental Experience, a Bloomington, IL-based dental services provider, per Fortune’s Term Sheet. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dr. Vijeyta Bhatia D.D.S. oversees the practice. She has practiced dentistry since 2003.
