Terre Haute, IN-based Union Health will acquire Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
The acquisition includes the hospital’s related businesses, physician clinic operations and outpatient services, according to Becker’s. The hospital will continue operations with no interruption through the transition.
A team with Union Health’s human resources department will work with Terre Haute Regional Hospital to extend job offers and answer employee questions. Read more.
