Home health care provider New Day Healthcare completed the acquisition of Pathfinder Home Health, a skilled care provider in Texas.
This acquisition is the company’s eighth since its inception in 2020. Founded in 1997, Pathfinder Home Health, has locations in The Woodlands, Beaumont, and Athens, Texas.
With this closing New Day expands its footprint to 24 locations across Texas, Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. Serving nearly 82,000 patients annually, the company employs approximately 6,500 team members in home health, hospice, pediatrics, clinical decision support, and personal care. Read more.
