Affiliates of CriticalPoint Capital announced that its portfolio company Futuredontics, which provides dental marketing services through Dentistry.com and 1-800-DENTIST, has acquired Lead Smart.
As part of the transaction, Lead Smart founder Matthew Zivkovic has taken the role of CEO of Futuredontics.
Lead Smart has been providing performance marketing to Futuredontics since 2013, and the transaction extends Futuredontics vertically and expands its capability set, including bolstering its digital marketing offering to complement its core marketing business. Read more.
