USOP is a management services organization focused on orthopedic care. It was formed in 2020 by FFL Partners, LLC’s acquisition of Jackson, Mississippi-based Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. FFL Partners is a San Francisco, California-based private equity firm.
