Health Professionals Alliance today announced the opening of its second round of funding, the Ambassador Round, to a limited number of accredited investor dental and medical private practices at a price of $2 per share. The company aims to raise $10M in its Ambassador Round, building on the Founder’s Round where it raised more than $28M in placements to 38 private practices and closed on April 15. Read more.
