A new survey shows “overall, clinic staffing appears to be stabilizing after the past few years,” but support roles including nurses and medical assistants “remain in a downward trajectory.”

Between Q2 of 2019 and 2022, annual Fee For Service admissions fell by 16.4%, on average. In that same time frame, FFS enrollment fell by 9.1%.
