Tenet Healthcare is continuing to bolster its portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers, with an agreement to buy a minority stake in nine more from a Raleigh, N.C.-based company, The Dallas Morning News reports.
Tenet said its subsidiary, United Surgical Partners International, struck the deal with Compass Surgical Partners. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. Read more.
