Ascension Saint Thomas and Three Rivers Hospital have signed an agreement for the Waverly facility to become a part of Ascension Saint Thomas, News 4 reports in Nashville.
The transaction is expected to close in spring 2022.
Opened in 1961, Three Rivers Hospital is one of the largest employers in Waverly. The 25-bed inpatient facility offers a 24-hour emergency room, as well as laboratory, radiology and rehabilitation services. Read more.
