EDCare Opens Eating Disorder Treatment Program For Teens and Their Families

Eating disorder treatment provider EDCare opened its new Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program, per Behavioral Health Business.

The new program is open to teenagers aged 13 to 17 and their families and “significantly” expands EDCare’s offerings for young people. Clinicians will provide emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT) through the new program.

EDCare’s Denver location will continue caring for adults through its partial hospitalization program, transitional, intensive outpatient program, outpatient services, and specialized Athlete EDGE program. Its Kansas center serves adults and adolescents and its Nebraska center provides care exclusively to adults.
